Starting as a family-run business ten years ago, Ideal wanted to mature its marketing function and invest in building a strategic growth engine that enabled the business to hit its ambitious targets. But where did the company need to focus to take marketing to the next level? Cue Sea Level.

Our Work

Following a detailed marketing maturity audit, Sea Level put in a place a 12-month transformation program that addressed gaps in the function (capability, resource, process) and established the building blocks for success. These included setting up a product marketing function, establishing campaign governance, creating and running several large lead-generation campaigns around core personas, honing the brand messaging, revisiting sales enablement and sourcing brand ambassadors.
